1.Our commitment
We want every student to be able to follow the course, whatever device they use and however they browse. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as we build and update the site.
2.What we have done
- Works with a keyboard alone, with clearly visible focus outlines
- Headings and landmarks that screen readers can navigate
- Layouts that adapt from small phones to large desktop screens
- High-contrast text, and no content that depends on colour alone
- Gentle animation that is switched off if your device is set to reduce motion
- Correct language and right-to-left markup for Urdu text
- Form fields with clear labels, and error messages shown next to the field that needs fixing
- A Show / Hide button on password fields, so you can check what you typed
3.Known limitations
Lectures are hosted on YouTube, so the accessibility of the video player and any captions depends on that service. Some decorative images are not described because they carry no information. We are still testing with assistive technology and will list any issues we find here.
4.Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, please tell us what page you were on and what went wrong, at info@quranasaancourse.com or on our contact page. We will try to fix it or offer another way to get the information.
