1.Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website, registering as a student or taking an examination you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by [organisation legal name] ("we", "us").
2.About the course
The 19th Annual Quran Asaan Course 2026 (Seerat-e-Sarwar-e-Alam ﷺ Edition) is a 20-day course of lectures on the Quran and the Seerah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, followed by a formal examination for registered students. Dates, lecture schedules and examination arrangements may be updated by the organisers.
3.Registration and eligibility
- You must give accurate, complete and current registration details.
- Younger students should register with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
- One person, one account. Do not register on behalf of someone else.
- We may refuse or cancel a registration that is incomplete, duplicated or inaccurate.
4.Your account and Student ID
You are responsible for keeping your password and Student ID confidential and for everything done through your account. Do not share them. If you suspect misuse, change your password and contact us immediately.
Administrators will never ask you for your password.
5.Examinations and honesty
The examination is a test of your own understanding. When you sit it, you agree to:
- Answer by yourself, without help from other people or unauthorised material
- Not share, copy or publish questions or answers
- Not attempt to interfere with the site, the timer or another student's attempt
Examinations open and close at set times and have a fixed duration, which the site enforces: when your time ends, your answers are submitted automatically. The organisers set how many attempts each student may make, and if you may sit more than once your best result counts. Finishing late or after the window closes may not be accepted. Marking is carried out by the examiners appointed by the organisers, and their decisions on marks and results are final. Attempts that break these rules may be disqualified.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or the rights of others while using the site
- Try to gain access to accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to use
- Upload malicious code or overload or disrupt the service
- Copy the site automatically (scraping) or misuse student information
7.Certificates
Students who pass and whose result has been published can view and print a digital Certificate of Participation from the portal. Anyone who has its QR code or code can check that the certificate is genuine, and the check shows only the student's name, the exam and the issue date. A certificate is for the named student only and may not be altered or passed off as someone else's.
8.Course content and ownership
The lectures, text, design, logos and other material on this site belong to the organisers, the teachers or their licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell or republish them without written permission.
Lectures are published through YouTube. Some links may be "unlisted", which means they are not fully private; please treat lecture links as intended for course students and do not post them publicly.
9.Third-party sites
The site links to other websites such as YouTube. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10.Availability of the service
We work to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause, change or withdraw parts of it, for example for maintenance. Please do not leave submitting an examination to the last minute.
11.Limits of responsibility
The site and course material are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by interruptions, technical faults, lost connections, or by your use of or reliance on the site.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
12.Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove an account, and cancel an examination result or revoke a certificate, if these terms are broken or if needed to keep the course fair and the site secure.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
14.Governing law
